I decided to make a texture pack out of boredom.

Not sure on a name yet.

Mainly because I only have gotten this far in 4 hours, so I will wait till I have enough to call it 1% complete.

Also I will probibly need judges or something to make sure I don't make anything stupid looking.

I don't recommend you show it to us at 1% or even 75%, or else you might get the self-gratification mentality and probably just stop halfway. No judgment or criticism yet because I love you like a son and I want what's best for you.

While making the iron sword I came up with this, but I am wondering if I may have went over board and should go with something simpler, or make them all fancy. (I am still not done with the blade and the guards.)

Maybe a bit too fancy for my taste, but i like the colors. Meh maybe you should make a simple accent to the base you already have, like a gold sliver, or design.

Well, what if wants it to be high fantasy? First of all, Zolen I wanna see what kind of texture pack you're going for here so I won't simply judge by my preference alone.
Right now it's a combination of Sphax and DarkCraft is what I see.

For the first drawing I had no idea of the theme and really can not place it quite yet, but I am guessing it sticks with my general style of Dark Fantasy.

(I have not ever heard of DarkCraft, I looked it up all I can find is a server.)

Hm, I can see the similarity to Dark Iron, it uses a similar style of coloring. But Sphax is pure cartoon styling. How would that look anything like what I have going?
